We have started going on evening walks as a family. Well, technically, they began as a "girl walk" (including Lily) and a "boy walk" complete with maps made by Christopher so that we did not cross paths while on our walks. :) That was just too complicated! So, last night all 4 of us went walking after dinner (without Lily...she doesn't make it very far!). We walked to a neighborhood park where the kids played and that's when the sprinkling started. It had been overcast all day long and we kept hearing about all the rain that we were supposed to get, but we had seen no real evidence of actual rain. We weren't all that close to the house, so we started heading home. The drizzling began and we started walking faster. Soon we knew we were not going to make it home without getting soaked! The sky opened up and we all started running! :) It was pretty funny! The kids were laughing, we were drenched and Christopher was screaming, "This is the best day of my life!" We eventually slowed down because there was NO way running was going to really help the situation! I guess Dolly finally arrived!

Hi Shea! I do see such a resemblance between Carson and Presley...I would love to see pics of Carson when she was little. I noticed a couple here on the site from 04. So funny!

Love the oldies, but goodies! It's so fun to see them as little ones!
Where are the pictures from being soaked? Or what would be even better is a video of you all running home! :o)
i was disappointed that i didn't have the camera with me, but it wouldn't have been a good thing with all of the rain! :) i meant to take a pic afterwards too, but we were too busy trying to get dry. and yes, a video would have been hilarious!
