Easter

We woke up on Easter morning to find that the Easter Bunny had left some treats for the kids...well, actually Christopher woke everyone up. He had gone into the living room earlier than everyone else and used a flashlight to check out his Easter basket.

After sifting through their loot we headed outside to hunt for eggs.

Carson was bound and determined that this year she was going to find more eggs than Christopher! As a result, every picture that I took of her hunting for eggs is blurry! And she accomplished her goal. :)

Grandma and Grandpa sent some Easter treats for the kids from Salida!

We went to church, came home and changed clothes and then headed to Ommy and Poppy's for a yummy lunch!
The kids investigated their Easter goodies while we admired Ommy and Poppy's backyard.

We were thankful to have such a nice day filled with family fun.
