Summer Time!

Summer time is officially upon us. The kids swam outside all day on Sunday--it was warm enough both inside the pool and outside for them to swim more than once across the pool just to prove that they could. :) They both really enjoyed the blow up motorized jet ski that Christopher got for his birthday. Matt suggested that if driving the jet ski is any indication of future driving skills, Carson will not be driving until she is 20 and she'll be in the largest vehicle possible! :) Christopher drove like a pro, but indications of his driving skills suggest lots of speeding tickets and other dangerous driving situations. We love being outside all day with the kids...we're definitely ready for our summer break and much more swimming! However, true to Christopher's previous record of his first swim of the season, he swam on Sunday and then on Monday his ear was draining, so after a quick trip to the doctor he is now on antibiotics and won't be swimming again for a while. :(
