Matt is a gadget guy. He likes things with lots of buttons and things that are powered by gasoline. He also likes yard work. Yes, it's true. He doesn't, however, enjoy spending hours upon hours on the weekend in the yard. When we moved into our new house we knew that a riding lawn mower was something that we needed to purchase. Because it was nearing the end of the "mowing season" we decided to wait until Spring to make the purchase. So, when Matt pulled up into the driveway with this I wasn't surprised:

I couldn't stop laughing as the kids and I RAN behind Matt while he was driving around to the back yard. I'm sure that we looked pretty funny!
He's gonna make sure that it really works.
And he wants to see how fast it can go!

I think that I forgot to mention that Matt was seriously disliking pushing a mower around the front and back yard! He is THRILLED to have this new toy! He's trying not to grin from ear-to-ear!
